At the end of Palmeral de las Sorpresas with its wide range of shops, boutiques and restaurants you will find La Malagueta Beach, symbolic beach in Málaga which runs for 2 kilometres in the direction of the suburbs of Pedregalejo and El Palo, offering a wide range of bars and chiringuitos where you can enjoy the traditional foods of Málaga, its famous skewered sardines and all types of skewered and fried fish of the region.
If you head to Calle Larios (Calle Marqués de Larios), only a 2 minute walk away, you will be entering the heart of the historical centre of Málaga, offering a wide range of shops and businesses – some new and some more than 100 years old – you must try the wide range of tapas or the traditional wine of the region in bar/bodegas such as El Pimpi, La Antigua Casa del Guardia…or any other of the 800 restaurants and bars in the area.
