Here are some of our recommendations:
- Take a walk along Calle Larios, which is possibly one of the most beautiful commercial streets in Spain.
- Watch the sunset at the viewpoint of the Castle of Gibralfaro. It is a very romantic must-visit.
- Watch the lighthouse from different points in the city. It is the only lighthouse in Spain that has a female name (La Farola).
- One of the gems of Málaga is the Alcazaba. Did you know that it was built before the Alhambra of Granada? They are both equally as stunning.
- Have lunch or dinner at El Pimpi, a local tavern with lots of character. In the evenings there are flamenco shows held here. You are sure to want to return the following day!
