The best feature of our Larios Duplex Penthouse is its location, because it is situated right on Calle Larios. It also features a fabulous terrace/solarium where the sun reaches from sunrise to sunset.
The terraced Larios Duplex Penthouse has a ground floor, comprising of living/dining area with double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and DVD player, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric cooker, etc. And a bathroom with shower tray.
On the top floor you will find the main bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2 metres), a small WC and access to the terrace/solarium, where you can enjoy the sun of Málaga.

From our holiday rentals apartment in Costa del Sol in Malaga you can visit all of the monuments and museums, located less than 500 metres away, such as the Cathedral of Málaga, also known as La Manquita, located only 20 metres away. La Alcazaba y Roman Theatre are located 40 metres away. Less than 100 metres away you will find thePicasso Museum and Carmen Thyssen Museum. Less than 300 metres away, Plaza de la Merced, Picasso’s Birthplace and Cervantes Theatre.
For those who love the beach, the port is only 100 metres away from this terraced duplex apartment. La Malagueta beach is less than 500 metres away. Regarding public transport, there is a taxi rank at the beginning of Calle Larios (less than 50 metres away from the apartment) and a horse and carriage service next to the Cathedral (less than 100 metres away). The nearest train station is located 500 metres away and the nearest bus station is located 50 metres away, along Avenida del Parque, near to the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) of Málaga. The underground stops very near to the apartment, right in the historical centre, linking it with the whole city. Everything is just around the corner from our terraced apartment Larios Duplex.
